Our Woodtron CNC router cuts every prefinished panel to guaranteed squareness, removing fit-up problems before they reach site. It also brings complex geometry to life — from acoustic perforations to bespoke edge profiles — all with sub-millimetre accuracy.

Acoustic and decorative perforation patterns — drilled or slotted — with consistent spacing and pinpoint alignment across full sheet sizes.

A Century of Australian Craftsmanship
Austral Plywoods has been manufacturing appearance-grade plywood from Queensland Hoop Pine (Araucaria cunninghamii) for over 100 years. It's a plantation-grown, sustainably managed species with a fine, even grain that takes stains and coatings beautifully.
Bringing prefinishing in-house is the natural next step in our story — combining a century of substrate expertise with complete control over the finished product.
